We've made a few changes on We7...

We've updated the We7 site recently to include some new features that will make discovering and listening to music on the service more enjoyable.

Getting you started...

For everyone after an easy guide to the myriad of different genres in music, we have begun our "Introduction To..." series. Our first stop on this journey is a look at Rock music. So sit back, relax and let We7 guide you through the wonderful and sometimes weird sounds in Rock. From the politicised Hard Rock of Rage Against The Machine, to the gentler, melodic Folk Rock of Bob Dylan, you'll find a list of albums that will let you explore the diverse aspects of the genre. Also available is a playlist of 10 of our favourite Rock songs, from Teenage Fanclub to The Sex Pistols. If you're a fan of Pop music, then have a listen to some of the albums we have highlighted in our Introduction to Pop feature. Each month we'll be adding more genres, from Reggae, to Dance and Heavy Metal. Enjoy!

The New We7 Player...

The new We7 Player now sits in the middle of each Album page. So to listen to your favourite album, simply click on the album cover and you're away! You can still jump between tracks as much as you like and as well as being able to select tracks from different albums to make up your own personalised playlist, you can now save whole albums as a playlist to listen to later. To open the Player in a new window, just click Pop Up Player on the left of the screen. If it's a single track you want to listen to, search for it and then click on it and it will also start playing, straight away!
